Usability testing

HOW I START WITH USER TESTING

Testing can be implemented at any phase of the UX process. I suggest testing early and testing often. The benefit to testing is to validate your assumptions and make sure your product is market ready. There are several testing methods available. I can customize your test plan based on your needs.

different kinds of user tests

Lab Usability Testing
Involving end users in the design process to understand their needs, find out how they do things and see if they can use your products in a controlled environment.

Guerilla Usability Testing
Very informal user involvement when little or no budget exists for usability testing. This can help to gain quick user opinions to help progress design.

Remote Usability Testing
Conducting user research in a different location than where your user is situated. This test can yield fast results and can be moderated or unmoderated.
