Can you plan a vacation based on your emotions? We’ll take a look at a new workflow?

Are human emotions enough to help plan something long term? Emotions are fleeting and would sometimes only exist - in the same state - for a few minutes. I decided to explore the possibility of combining personalization AND human emotions.

This past week I attended the annual South by Southwest conference in Austin,TX. I can say with absolute certainty that virtual reality (VR) headsets dominated the conference.

And, speaking of customer service and shopping, businesses are starting to use AI to figure out what makes customers happy or unhappy, said Moore. The North Face and other companies are using AI to help customers figure out the perfect item. “It’s like when somebody is browsing and shows they want to dress like this, but a little warmer, and having the computer understand what that means and coming up with the right results for them,” said Moore.

It seems like a long time to spend in the discovery phase. Guess what? In this case it’s not (and it doesn’t take a superhero to realize this).
